Love NY style and don’t mind a little flop or grease, and I usually think people have too low a threshold for grease. But this one was definitely on the greasier side even for me. But it’s still a solid pie with tons of flavor and a good bit of crisp. I’m from up north so I like to think I’m a hard grader, but it’s definitely not lower than a 7. Maybe a whole pie would be better? Usually is. Next time for sure.
