Brooklyn Square Pizza

I ordered a spinach artichoke square and it was perfection, I did overall love my fresh tomato and garlic slice too.

So good! I loved both the regular cheese slice and the upside down - definitely a solid 8.5 or higher probably

I was curious to try their square pizza, so we grabbed a slice instead of ordering a fresh pie. The first bite had a nice balance—soft dough on top with a crunchy bottom. The sauce was flavorful, with strong notes of Parmigiano and pepper, though it leaned a bit overpowering. The crust was on the dry side, which is expected with a reheated slice, but not my preference. That said, I’d definitely give Brooklyn Square another shot—next time with a fresh pie to really experience it at its best.

It’s not my style- I like a wood fired/coal fired, but holy shit is this pizza impressive. Fresh sauce- upside down style with slices mozz. On the bottom. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before eating into it, otherwise you’re burning your face off.

Obviously very good. Unlike most I actually think Manalapan is better. I think Jackson has better crust but was a little salty and heavier on the Parmesan

Great Sicilian style pizza!

3 hour drive- Stopped in and grabbed one round and one square. Round- good crisp, little greasy, and I am a fan of the sesame seeds on the crust. Square- fluffy but a firm bottom, spectacular sauce and just want to keep eating it.

Best pizza I’ve had in years. Thick crust, very light, great toppings. We ordered The Dream, a pepperoni pizza with an excellent vodka sauce base, basil, and (I think) burrata cheese - it is worth the trip, from wherever you are.

Great balance and flavor. High quality cheese and very delicious sauce. Dough was very fluffy, similar to foccacia. Good crunch in the crust. I prefer thin crust, so I don't usually go for thicker pizza, but I can understand the hype on this one.

Prob my #3 square slice in the USA. They out L&B the original L&B.

Decided to do the review on the Grave’s Den (slices on the right) as this more closely resembles a “plain” square slice. Very good pizza. High quality cheeses, and a delicious fresh-tasting sauce. The dough used is delightful; if you are looking for a crisp undercarriage then please order a thin square pie. This place is worth the hype, just make sure to come hungry.

Wow.. just wow!

While score is great, I expected better. Maybe it was all the hype. Or maybe because it wasn’t a fresh pie and was a reheat (not sure how long out there, I’m here slightly past lunch rush). I like it a lot but don’t see myself driving out of the way to get it. If I’m in the area will definitely stop again and next time get a fresh pie to see if different.
