Brooklyn's Best Pizza & Pasta

“White pizza.” Not what I would’ve ordered, but I gave the wife the credit card and said whatever. Good crust. Ok flavor. No flop. Needed garlic salt.

Solid pie. Crust needs some crisp and sauce could use a little sweetness. These two changes would get it into the high 7’s.

Great flop! A good little TANG, and crust is flavorful. Overall great pizza.

Decent slice. No flop, but it was greasier than I would’ve liked. Good crunch on the crust, but no flavor. Mozz tastes cheap, but the sauce was good. Not enough zing to it, but perfect amount. Tastes like they changed the recipe to either make more profit OR to cater to Texans. Either way, bad move. 5.9, will revisit in 6 months.

A good slice that will get the job done, I bring Tony here all the time with his fat son AJ.
