Pizza Review
Frankie, this place is the real deal. Big in-wall coal fired brick oven, family story on the place-mat, and cash only. The pizza itself was a real classic slice. Perfect flop, really great cheese, and excellent sauce... which leads me to the first negative, not enough sauce. Furthermore, the crust, while very tasty is a little thick. May be my personal preference, but I’d rather paper thin than having a roll around the edge thick enough that looks like there’s something stuffed inside. As a side note, place has some of the best fried calamari in the greater NYNJ region. Real solid spot Frankie, 7.9.
