Brooklyn's Homeslice Pizzeria

Fairly thin, somewhat crispy and well done with that signature New York City taste best describes the dough on this pie. The sauce is thick and dark with plenty of tang. The cheese is also tangy and flavorful, with a tad too much oregano. The crust is very unique, airy & crispy with little crust crumbles on top. Truthfully they don’t seem to add any flavor to the pie, they just create a big mess. But it all works pretty well together to produce a rather quality pizza. It won’t blow you away but it’s a very solid pie all around. Worth stopping by if you’re looking for a good slice near the Barclays Center.
