Brooksy's Brick Oven and Bar

The oven is incredible. Thin. Crispy. This is one of the best around. This will give Joanie’s a serious fight for the best pizza in MA.

Been here multiple times pizza is always fantastic. Definitely the best crust on a pizza I’ve had.

Really good, they stepped it up a lot fromThe last time I was here, good cheese and sauce, lotta flop but that’s because it was fresh out of the oven. Again a Really solid pizza

Better than it looks, definitely not a high 8 though. Good muzz, could use a bit more sauce, and the crust could use a tad longer to cook, but overall good slice.

Brooksy’s Brick Oven. Very solid pizza. If they cooked it more on the well side, easily upping the score to a 8.2/8.3. I still prefer Garlic Breath in N. Andover but I was very satisfied with Brooksy’s. Their oven is the real deal

I've eaten here many many times. Always consistent quality. Wood oven, fresh, cooked perfectly every time. I order smalls instead of a large, seems to come out better. Cuppers on the Pepperoni. He uses a block of mozzarella that melt into the pizza instead of grated cheese. Sit at the bar with a bottle of red and enjoy watching it cook!
