So early 2019 Brother Brunos changes ownership. I checked it out and wasn’t pleased at all. Rather than writing a review then I decided to wait a little bit and maybe they’ll work some kinks out. Ordered a slice today, No crisp, cheese tasted cheap, horrible flop, crust was just ok. Put it this way, I couldn’t even finish eating this slice, and for me..that’s saying a lot.

As you can see there wasn’t much sauce which was disappointing, don’t get me wrong— I don’t like a lot of sauce, but certainly something more substantial would have been proper. The cheese was actually decent as was the crust........as you can see the cheese congealed very well......which I personally like. 7.1 That’s a review.

Let me preface this by saying the chicken Marsala slice is in the 9s! The cheese slice however was decent, it wasn’t as crispy as I’d like and the cheese was standard but the sauce had an overpowering olive taste to it
