Time to switch it up, Ohio. Averaging a 7.3, how well is this New York Style pizzeria holding up in Ohio? The cheese, why add extra? I never ask to add fresh mozzarella on top. It looks odd and it’s not really that good. The sauce? Hearty enough to be noticed but nothing really to write home about. It’s plain and relatively neutral. At least it’s not sweet. The dough? The did re deck it but not long enough. It was a little chewy on the bottom and pretty easy to eat. It’s a good thing they are selling these pies in Ohio and not New York.
