Brother's Pizza & Restaurant

This is a good pizza. It doesn't have too much of anything on it. The crust is thin with a good chew and good flavor. The sauce is hearty, thinly applied, but not sunny like I prefer. The cheese is good. Not so much it drips all over the place, it was the right amount. I ordered two pizzas, a pepperoni and a plain cheese. They were both consistent in all the points above. I preferred the cheese pizza, but not because the pepperoni wasn't good, it was fine, I just got more of the flavor of the pizza. I would have preferred them to be cooked a little bit longer, but I like them well done. Definitely one of the better pizzas in the area.

Time to switch it up, Ohio. Averaging a 7.3, how well is this New York Style pizzeria holding up in Ohio? The cheese, why add extra? I never ask to add fresh mozzarella on top. It looks odd and it’s not really that good. The sauce? Hearty enough to be noticed but nothing really to write home about. It’s plain and relatively neutral. At least it’s not sweet. The dough? The did re deck it but not long enough. It was a little chewy on the bottom and pretty easy to eat. It’s a good thing they are selling these pies in Ohio and not New York.

Pretty good balance of grease, cheese and sauce on a thin crunchy crust, big fan of the thin and crisp crust, layered with cheese which is a solid also, all around pretty good pizza, nothing to pass up on if given the chance to eat it

only review you need to watch. for any pizza. great stuff, best cheese pizza I’ve had with the exception of Mary’s in Lisbon. I’ll be back don’t worry

Please pay no attention to the zoeypizza review as that person has no idea what they are talking about and I’m sure they were having a bad day. Anyways, Brothers pizza in Cortland is without a doubt a 9.3. Lots on cheese, thin crust(although sometimes the edge crust is too thick). Amazing sauce that isn’t bland at all. I grew up in Chicago and had 9.5 pizzas all the time and Brothers in Cortland is the only place I’ll order from.

Had high hopes. Wasn’t very good. Very thick for advertised as thin. Pepperoni: Bland sauce. Ho-hum cheese. Very large pizza for the money. Box is placed where it’s going. Buffalo chicken was like a 5.9; good but thick and it’s cut breaded tenders vs actual chicken.

Pretty good pizza, the sauce needs a little more flavor.
