Brothers Pizza

Pizza is pizza right? Even if it isn’t good pizza, if you are hungry, it’s really hard to combine sauce, cheese and dough to the point that you would choose to starve. I’ve rated places as low as 1 or 2 due to very poor execution. This goes beyond that. This is the first pie, ever, with a horrible taste. At best the sauce has a neutral taste although there is virtually none. The sauce has no redeeming quality. The cheese is abominable. How do you make cheese taste bad? The dough is super floppy and adds nothing. It was also a tad undercooked. If this was a chain I’d rate it 0.1 since they don’t care and neither does the community. But this is a local place and not only do I not want to hurt the business, I don’t want anyone to think that I have some odd bias or vendetta. I have never been to this place before and know nothing about them. Overall, the worst pizza of all time, and I’ve rated a lot of them.

Brooklyn slice (right) has some nice flavor and spice, but the pan specialty slices are hit or miss. Overall just average NJ slice.

Great deep dish. No flop all crispy

This is a solid slice. Looks like typical football pizza but the sauce is sweet yet robust. Crust a little bit underdone but not undercooked.
