Brothers Pizza

Eye test- gross Sauce- earth to sauce, come in, are you there? There is basically none Cheese- decent taste and cheese. Not a mild combination but not so strong that it is overpowering. Dough- average taste and crisp Execution- poor, it’s too cheesy. Overall taste barely adequate Ratio- poor Dean Martin said, “Italian food will forever be my favorite.” This is not my favorite.

Crust has a pretty unique taste. Seems like quality ingredients. Good flavor.

Not a super busy place. Pizza is executed extremely well. Never cold, always the same great quality.

A little oily, no crisp at all but solid cheese and sauce

A lot of fluffy doughy crust . Cheese is plentiful but just decent quality . Sauce is decent as well . Nothing to write home about

Pizza is always greasy but it has a great taste

$2.09 slice — Alright Frankie, this pizza is thin and very floppy. Insane amounts of flop. A little greasy, but the sauce and cheese are good. The bottom is soft, almost like it’s undercooked. The crust is good though. Good football pizza, but it didn’t leave me dying to come back.
