I've been eating pizza from Brothers off and on for years. It's never a consistent product. They're always looking for the cheapest ingredients, resulting in a low quality pizza.
The cheese usually sucks. Low quality, bottom of the barrel, Sisco mozz. The sauce isn't any better. Bland and crappy with too much dried oregano poured on it. Adding insult to injury, the dump more dried oregano all over the cheese. They're compensating crappy flavor with crappy herbs.
I recently ordered two pizzas from them one of them was fully cooked, the other was doughy and needed another couple minutes in the oven. That's pretty standard for here. Always has been. Why do I still order pizza from here?
