Light flop with amazing crust. Fantastic pizza and an awesome atmosphere along with easy parking close to downtown Houston

There's one good thing about this pizza, the crust, very good, light with a nice crisp. And now its all downhill with no brakes! This is not good NY pizza, way too much cheese and not a quality cheese, and I'm not sure about the sauce because this pizza is very salty. I dont know if its the sauce or cheese, but no matter which it makes this pie aisle tough to eat. The cheese just slides off when you pick up a slice, no bueno! Brother's gets a lot of pub in Houston, but today it ain't deserving.

Tasted decent, but this isn’t a Margherita pizza... it’s a cheese pizza with tomatoes and herb basil (fresh basil is a must on a good margherita!). May have to come back and try another for a different review since this pizza is not a specialty of theirs.

The pizza has a great amount of cheese and sauce not too much of each though. It has a great taste but has a little bit of flop when you pick it up

28 years and counting! 😋 My childhood at Westoaks mall was filled with Brother’s pizza happiness 🍕

Great pie, thin slice, crust had great crunch. The peps made it a lil greasy but still had relatively no flop. Light on the sauce but still great flavor.

Yo standard typical New York slice. Good quality slice, small flop, average cheese, little sauce, decent crust.

Very thin pie with overall good flavor. Perfect amount of cheese, lacked a bit in the sauce department. Crust was very crispy, which is always a plus.

Best I have had since moving to Houston. The Pizza In Houston routinely sucks but this place delivers. Could be a little thinner and crispier but other than that a good pie

Lots of flop and grease. Appearance wasn’t great, but surprisingly decent flavor. Good football pizza for Houston. Excellent family vibe and service from the staff

After reading all of these great reviews I thought I finally found good pizza in houston. Too bad I'm still looking. Way too much cheese, not enough sauce, undercooked. The only thing that was on point was the disappointment. Even the hostess/servers act like it's a chore to bring you the food or even a paper plate. Maybe it was the wrong night but damn I really had high expectations. Back to the drawing board.

Looks great but it was unbelievably cheesy, which means grease. A LOT of it. Crust was good but the oven was dirty so it tasted burnt, I’ve got soot on my hands from the under side of the pizza. Really wanted it to be better but this is nowhere near an 8. Sorry to disappoint.

Best pizza in Houston I’ve had! Cheese to sauce ratio on point for my liking. Crust is crunchy the whole way through. Service was great, quick, and the slices were straight out of the oven. Highly recommend brothers.

Great crust, healthy amount of cheese, just needed a little more sauce for my liking
