Brother's Pizzeria

Sicilian Slices - ate them there. I was lucky enough to get these from a new Pie straight from the oven. This has always been a go-to place for me. The rolls are excellent, and I only really got their squares. After writing a few reviews, I approached eating there a little different than I normally do. I mean, this time I was critiquing. I was paying close attention to the sauce, the crust, the cheese, the flavor and all that. On a side note. Sometimes when it’s busy there the staff are a bit curt and call out “Next !!” in a somewhat abrupt and assertive manner. I find it amusing that the second you walk in the door, they always immediately confront you with a quick “what do you need?” And expect you to quickly shoot the order at them without taking a look at what they have. Anyway. This is a review on the pizza. I savored these two slices like never before just now and realized that they are as good as the hype. The crust is a mix of crunchy and soft airy risen dough. The sauce is just right, and the cheese is always so fresh. I’m not all that good at describing all that like other reviews I read here. It’s just freaking good and well balanced. Reading some of the other reviews I think it’s funny that someone will say that it’s the best square on SI, or as good as it gets, and yet only give it a score in the 8s. I’m not holding back. My score is a 9.5 for the Sicilians ordered to stay.
