The picture shows a photo of me with the pizza several years ago. I did this because there has been a change to the sausage since then. It is now a flat sausage. Which at first glance when I saw it, I was disappointed, but it’s actually really good. Under carriage has a lot of flop. I personally prefer no flop with a crisp. To each their own. But, all in all it’s really good pizza. Crust has a good crisp. When we come to Winston-Salem we will not go anywhere else. With a crispy under carriage I would go 8.2, but as it comes I’m at 7.8. Good score!

Almost perfect pizza. GREAT sauce, delicious cheese, ZERO flop, and cooked to perfection. Great staff inside as well.

Had a pepperoni slice and a buffalo chicken slice. Crisp undercarriage and good flavor. Open late and loud music!

Little greasy, flop. Taste was very good. Sauce and cheese almost identical to Mario’s (Hanes mall blvd). Costs $4 a slice, Burke beats em by a $1. Crust had a great crisp. Probably better fresh, I believe mine was reheated (hence all the grease) solid za.

I want to smoke whatever that guy who said “this was the best sacillian slice in NC” is smoking. Cause this was not good. Tasted homemade, but would’ve preferred just getting a froze sacillian pizza. Won’t go lower than a five because I’m not a evil person, but it could be lower not gonna lie.

This Sicilian pizza is the best in NC, hands down. Nobody here gets it like this place. Crispy, chewy, perfect thickness, sauce on top of the cheese, which I believe helps it not be soggy. Holy crap this is good pizza.

Best pizza in Winston! True Jersey pizza. Good sauce, great cheese and the crust is perfect.
