Brucci's

Ordered a slice for lunch. Good size slice for the price. The best thing about the slice was the sauce. I really enjoyed the tangy flavor. The issue was the cheese to sauce ratio. As you can see from the picture the top of the pizza had a great ratio. Once you got to the middle of the pizza the pizza maker went overboard. It became very chewy and hard to eat. The cheese was so think it was hard to chew it enough to swallow it. Crust was a bit doughy. Good undercarriage. Very little flop for the size.. I think Its worth another shot down the road. The sauce saved the rating!

Very crunchy. Paper thin. But tastes like a classic REGULAR cheese pizza. 4.7 Frankie.

solid pizza. good dough, a bit of a flop. cheese outweighs sauce. i’m not a big sauce guy so this does the trick for me, but there’s better pizza out there. If mom says we’re going to Brucci’s. Don’t get super excited, but know you won’t be getting horrible pizza either. 7.1
