OK, here we are on a gorgeous Tuesday. Right after Memorial Day weekend. Which rained a lot. But was still a lot of fun. Knicks are headed to the finals. And a big playoff game tonight for varsity baseball. Hopefully it’s not our last. Wanted to get a Pizza review in. So here we are. It does look very good. I do have high hopes. So I do have to say, it is very good, but it does kind of fit the Portnoy Long Island doughy pizza. Still very good. No flop, good ingredients, just a tad doughy.

Really really good. I thought the cheese was amazing and the sauce was like...right out of the can. Absolutely would drive here in the snow or rain just to eat.

Glad I stopped, cooked to perfection , sauce is pretty tangy and slice was a bit greasy but good slice. Would recommend

Brooklyn slice -7.6. Like Spumoni. Good sauce. Nice crust. Solid play on this one. Awesome garlic breadcrumb fixing on the top. Regular- single slice was a bit burnt on bottom but I can tell the cheese / sauce / grease ratio was perfect. Great flavor on it too honestly. If it was fresh pie. I’d reevaluate. But for this slice I’m going 7.1.

Regular: crispy dough. Has a fair amount of grease, sauce and cheese tastes good with a good ratio but tastes a little salty for me. Still a solid slice 7.1 Margarita: a little soggy on the dough sauce and cheese tastes average. Not to bad 7.5
