Bucks Coal Fired Pizza

Great crust comes fast out of this coal fire oven! These guys are into their art. So much so that they actually appreciated looking at their regular pie as it came out. It did look good. Great pizza. If I had to make a critique, the sauce is slightly sweeter than I love but still didn’t take away from enjoying this pie.

Amazing everything I am a pizza fanatic. New Haven is the the pizza to be judged against and this is close. Crispy tasty and perfectly cooked. A little char.

Definitely worth the drive! Took the whole family yesterday and it was everyone’s favorite. Great pizza and great people!

Amazing pizza with amazing people. Loved everything about Bucks. Had a great conversation with the owner and the staff. Was vacationing in Siesta Keys from California and had to make the 3 hour drive. Most come to this place if you are anywhere near.

I can 110% recommend Bucks Coal Fire Pizza! Their BBQ wings, cooked perfectly in a cast-iron skillet, are an absolute must-try – so flavorful and delicious. And don't even get me started on the garlic knots; you get three per order, and they are just fantastic. Definitely a spot to check out!!!!!!!

Pizza was cooked just right with a good undercarriage char and no flop. The sauce was probably the best I've ever had. The owner is a super good dude as well. All around great vibes

Delicious & light. Great crisp and just a great experience all the way around. It reminded me a lot of sally’s from New Haven, CT. We had both a cheese and a tomato pie.

Excellent pizza. I could taste the individual components. The crust is very flavorful. This guy puts his heart and soul into the dough and it shows. Sauce is well-balanced with a garlic finish. Perfect amount of cheese. The 8.6 is on the Apizza (“abeetz”) scale. As you know, this is a more stringent scale by which Dave judges Neapolitan pizzas. On a regular scale, this place is a 9.4. Definitely going back. Atmosphere is a 10/10. Real people making great food.
