Hype met expectations. Crust is so good. Charry, bubbly, and firm. Cheese is OP OP. Sauce and pep is spot on as well

Good outer crust, tad undercooked today, not enough pepperoni, was dry and not up to par for Buddy’s. Staffing problems it looks like. Comos Detroit style is better at this point.

Disclaimer: not a tray style pizza fan however, Buddy’s is the only square I enjoy. The slice is crunchy the whole way through. The sauce is tangy and the cheese is cheesy. A little greasy but nothing to cry about. The crust is perfectly caramelized because of its soft brush butter glaze. Great representation of a “Detroit style” pizza.
