Bufalina

Recently moved back to Guilford and wanted to try Bufalina. I will admit that there is a system to learn to get one of these amazing pizzas, but once I sorted it out I enjoyed a spectacular meal. This is Italian artisan pizza. Perfect blend of cheeses and sauce with a true masterpiece of charcoal crust. Thin and perfect. We are beyond fortunate to live in the New Haven Area - home of amazing pizza choices - but Bufalina is a unique and true gem. I look forward to being a regular.

Delicious wood fired pizza in small/cozy setting. Loves talking to the husband/wife team as they made the pies. Definitely have plans to go back!

I don’t get the reviews on this place being high 8s and 9s🤷‍♂️. This pizza is not good at all! It’s fancy pizza first off, 2nd off it has a funky taste to it. Just not my style pie. 3rd, this place is hardly ever open having the strangest schedule of days and hours. This is a “negative ghost rider, the pattern is full”!

Top pizza on the east coast

Awesome pizza. Place is the definition of a hole in the wall. Super small inside so if you plan to eat there call ahead. They make everything right in front of you which I’m a big fan of.
