Another first! You would think this place didn’t serve pizza as they have been open for a few years.
What to expect from a pro reviewer…
Great cheese, melted well and just enough. Not as much milk fat as there was hardly any grease on the parchment paper.
The sauce is nice and thick but a little heavy on the oregano department. Might have to call the oregano police on these people.
The dough was undercooked. The crust was crispy and flaky which meant they probably brushed egg wash on it, nice touch. It’s disappointing that pizza places are afraid of “burning” the pizza so they play it safe and end up pulling it out too soon.
Overall, not a bad bar pie. I am actually impressed that it was this good. Again, ask for it to be well done or cooked a little longer if you want it crispier. Feeling’ fine with the 6 9.
