Crust is crispy, bottom is not soggy, just right consistency. Very good for small town joint. My favorite thing is the wood fired crust

Oh boy, this was good. Woodfired, lots of cheese, great sauce which he blends himself. The pepperoni was very good, so good that I inquired as to it's procurement. It's top shelf pepperoni. The dough was light and pillowy and takes two days to make. Overall, this was very good. I had to make myself stop eating it.
