Zero crisp, huge flop. Indication of to much sugar or yeast being it was saugy. Had it piping hot out of the oven, so no reason for saugy. Cook's that don't know how to make dough properly think the pizza is done because of the black spots from various reasons. So dough looks done and cheese are melted, so he takes it out and it's not resulting in floppy undercooked pizza. It's ok, nothing special.
