Buona Pizza

At first, I was quite pleasantly surprised with this slice. It had a cracker-thin crust, right amount of cheese and little pockets of sauce while staying light and airy but crisp. I ended up pulling back on the score for two reasons. One, because the middle to back of the slice lost that nice crisp and turned chewy as it cooled. And secondly because of the price. To charge $2.75 for a plain cheese slice that’s basically dollar slice quality made me do a double take.
