Buona Pizza

It used to be so good, but tonight, it was god-awful.

Green ridge location closed?? There can be only one… popular spot a lot of folks say it’s one of the closest you can find to New York style in the Scranton area. Overall I thought it was okay, the regular was too greasy and heavy on the cheese (crust is doughy and average, not too light or heavy), cheese is too chewy, and would be a 7.9… x sauce is the way to go much better texture with the cheese is and above average flavor which would borderline 8.2 if regular didn’t bring it down, overall good not great

Very floppy. Good sauce and cheese. Great balance. Overall good flavor. Much better score if crust was at all crispy.

Was okay for Scranton pizza.

Tons of mozzarella cheese which falls off the slice. Lots of grease with some flop.

Easily one of the best places in Scranton. I come from North Jersey and this is the CLOSEST thing I’ve found to New York Pizza. I must say however that it’s very heavy. A few slices filled me up very quick. The standout here is the cheese. It’s salty but has ALOT of flavor. It was a little greasy, but not too bad. Crust was decent. Could be a little more crispy. Pie is $14, so a little on the pricey side. A must try if you are looking for good pizza in the Scranton area. I have it a 8.0 to boost their score a little. In reality it’s about a solid 7.5. Very pleased!!

Very greasy, tiny flop, great crisp, pretty good slice overall. Sauce seems kinda creamy which makes it stand out in my eyes, but it really is super greasy.

Sharp looking pie! Slight flop, nice and cheesy. A tad bit on the thick side. The crust is flavorful and crisp. Overall, a delicious slice. Nice football or party pizza.

If you’re drunk in Scranton and hoping that some random ass pizza will help you recover prior to your trip to montage mountain then... I guess(?) this pizza will help you? Idk, once I had herpes, it was about the same experience.

Decent slice. Little bit too tangy. Other than that not bad. Good cheese. Good crust. Alright sauce. My buddy I was with gave it a 7.1

Solid slice, one of the better slices in the area. It’s a little thicker than it is thin. If they could get a little crunch it could break the 8’s
