Pizza looked great and I had high expectations because of the wood fire stove but my pie arrived cold and a lil undercooked even though I asked for it to be well done. Sent it back to be heated up and it was better. Taste was good but the sauce was average. The crust was crunchy. For some reason every meal I had in Gibson’s tasted really salty, even the pizza. To the restaurant”s credit they credited us one beverage for the cold pizza. Thank you.
