Seeing some wildly high scores among the One Bite community here, a handful are artificial, the others appear to be from people who never had good pizza in their life. This is your basic brick oven, Neapolitan style, personal size pizza. No crisp whatsoever; surprisingly not even soft. The dough & crust are tough, chewy & rubbery and flavorless to boot. Very light on the sauce which is also lacking in any flavor, just tastes like tomato paste. There’s a smattering of fresh mozzarella but too small to make an impact on the pie. The wilted basil adds nothing to the taste, just decoration. This is assembly line pizza: formulaic & fast. Maybe it’s better if you eat on-site for more crispness but nothing will help the overall lack of flavor in this completely generic Neapolitan pie.

Rookie score, but not rookie pizza. This is easily the best Neapolitan pie I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked with a superb crust. Will definitely be back

Very very good Neapolitan pizza . Everything fresh ...nice that they will do half pies on basically personal pizzas ...only thing with these type pies is they get cold quick because they don’t seem to spend much time in the oven so you have to eat as soon as you get. Def will return

This is great wood fired Neapolitan. Not much better in NJ that serves this style. Great sauce good crunch great pizza.

If your in the 9's you better be amazing like Santillo's in Elizabeth. This isn't close. The pizza is a 7.4 the value is a 6.0. These are all personal pies so the pie doesn't match the price tag. Fresh ingredients, thin crust good taste just not much better then your good local place.

Rumor has it the oven they use was brought here from Italy. I’ve been here maybe 6 times now, the pizza has never been anything but excellent. Everyone from the cheese to the sauce, down the crust. I would recommend this place without a doubt.

fresh mozzarella makes it a bit messy, yet not as much flop as expected, super light, super crisp, and very flavorful

Been here several times and have never been disappointed. I have tried a lot of their specialty pies and everyone one has been awesome. The taste you get from a wood fired oven, along with the ingredients they use really set this place apart from the rest.

Cheese is phenomenal and i love the crust, could have been a little more sayce but this pie is off the boat! Very italian pizza , u get that wood taste too which is soo good .. wow thats a good pie!

Genuine neapolitan brick oven pizza. Highly recommended. One of the best around.
