Buontempo Bros Pizza

Would have preferred more sauce personally but the texture and crispness were fantastic.

Cheese to sauce ratio was off. Could’ve been crispier, would be a great post bar slice. Marinera sauce was good, I put some on the pizza so it had more sauce

Great crisp and light crust. Very good pizza.

I’ll start by saying it needed a bit more time in the oven, which gave it some flop. However, it was surprisingly crispy with a decent sauce to cheese ratio. The sauce was surprisingly sweet and gave it a decent flavor profile. All in all, for Maryland, very solid and easily best in the area.

Great football pizza

Much better than I remember. Maybe the pizza maker on Monday is new. Typically this pizza is undercooked and undercheesed but that was not the case on this pie. Crisp undercarriage plenty of cheese and great crust bubbles.

Great aesthetics in here. Really good crisp and good flavor. Not too greasy. Extra point for the old pizza shop vibes Sicilian- 6.8 Needed more time in. Not enough crisp for me

So this is the 1st review that I have done south of the Mason -dixon line in a few years. I will have to adjust my scoring to be a little more liberal or lenient down here. But I think that I've started off with the right place. Old school Italian-American vibes here at Bountempo Bros. Thin crust is pretty good, sauce is different, got a little tang. The cheese seems to be on point, not too greasy. Not bad at all for Maryland.

The crust and crisp are superb! After picking the slice up I was sure it would be in the 8s but the cheese and sauce did not live up to the crust. Overall a solid slice of pizza though.

First off this takes me back to Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-Jo Hall where Rey Mysterio made his appearance and did a 6 man tag team. I actually love the vibes from one of the Buontempo brothers and the pizza itself was good.

Good undercarriage. Nice crisp crust with enough give to enjoy the bite. Minimum flop. Cheese and sauce match well. But cheese most freely on slice. Good overall pizza, I could eat 3 of these.

The cheese was good . Sauce is home made got a good taste and tang. Crust semi crispy but not burnt , no flop.... would have liked more cheese but it’s alright . In between football pizza and date night pizza ...
