Burrata

So, my baby girl is off to camp. P Review on a Sunday. Tad hungover from a wedding. That being said, Im a champion and step up. Its a soft sloppy mess. Neapolitan style. Good char, but ok taste. Def not in the 8’s. Maybe if I was at the restaurantand it was fresh. But all in all, ok.

The charring of the edges of the crust was fantastic although it was too doughy for my liking and the pizza looked beautiful but the sauce was small in amount and small in flavor. This pie was overrated and disappointing for the high expectations that come with a wood fired pizza! Frank Pepe's this is clearly not!

It’s honestly awesome. Not that crispy, but the crust and char are just delicious. I ordered the J Sexton (with burrata) instead of a plain cheese pie, but close enough. The flavor is excellent, and the ingredients are extremely high quality. All the other food is awesome here, too.

Excellent wood fired pizza

Very fresh, great crust, authentic wood-Fire oven, good sauce, here you see the goat cheese pizza and Margarita, creative options, would sit in don’t take it out

The J Sexton. Sauce is fantastic and fresh burrata on top

Not a rookie score with an 8.0. Really liked the slice
