Burrata Woodfired

I knew I was coming into town and checked the One Bite app. Looking at all the local pizza places and going off other users' photos, this looked like the best pizza for my preference, even though other spots had a higher app rating. First things first, I always order a pepperoni pizza. Nothing more, nothing less. No special instructions. I want it how it comes. This pizza is very greasy, but even so, there was absolutely no flop. You can tell the dough they use is fresh and they use quality ingredients. The pizza had a good char taste, great undercarriage, and nice crunch. I was very impressed. Especially since this just isn’t a pizza place. You wouldn’t expect this type of quality. If this is your local spot, there is no need to go anywhere else. If this is the style of pizza you like, it’s worth driving to. If I’m ever back in this area, I will go out of my way to make sure I’m able to grab a pizza. Side note: Going off photos in the app, the other pizza spots are grossly overrated.

Little to no flop. What I thought was “bubble trouble” was actually thicker areas of dough. The pizza could have used a little more cheese and another minute or two in the oven. Overall the pie had a good flavor.

Absolute Fire! Wonderful sauce. Fresh ingredients. Will travel 40 miles each way again!!!

Had such high hopes for this place. Looked real nice and it felt like a place where you could head out to and have a nice dinner with your girl or guy whichever way you swing it. The pizza unfortunately didn’t live up to any hype that everyone had been talking about. I’m like the pres. I like my pizza crispy and I’ve typically liked wood fired pizza too. But this was way too cooked and was much more cooked than any wood fired I have had before. The bubbles were just dry ash which the same went for the crust. The parts of the crust that weren’t charred were bland and the sauce was the same. I didn’t get much of a taste other than just charred. Really wish this was better

Good wood fried pizza. Thin crust, good crisp. Had sausage, pepperoni, and fresh mushrooms. Came straight out of oven so I about burned my face off on first slice. Would have liked a little more sauce but, otherwise, pretty good. G/f says it could use more cheese.

Another review because my last one I ate it cold and tbh I was half lit. This will be more fair. Super crisp but not crunchy. That’s good. Great ingredients you can tell. The sausage is amazing.
