Butera's Craft Beer and Craft Pizza

Great crust and cheese, needs better and more sauce. The place is cool with good beer. Great spot but not 8+ as others rated.

Minimal flop, crispy crust, a perfect go to pizza.

Overall this was a pretty solid pizza. The place has a brick oven which is always a plus as far as the quality of the pizza goes in my opinion. Not really too much negative here. Maybe keep it in the oven for another couple minutes as I felt it was just slightly too soft and the undercarriage couldn’t support the rest of the pizza. A little greasy too. But all in all the pizza was good. Solid taste, nice and thin, and the ingredients seemed fresh.

For Brick oven pizza - we got the stuff pepper and Ol’ Blue Eyes - the crust was great - overall flavor was pretty good! We enjoy their food - was looking forward to trying their own beers but there was a wait so forced to get take out!!

Best pizza in Hamburg hands down

Super flop, 100% flop, soggy bottom, almost no sauce. Crust was the best part. Pizza was like warm and I was early. This was supposed to be the best in the area, what a let down. Zero crisp 😔

Steak

Very high score alert. First bite was very cheesy as the middle was sloppy but I love cheese and it was very good. Honestly I had to cheat and do 3 bites but each bite got better. Brick oven crisp with a mild char... prefect pizza. This was sooo good overall. Can’t wait to try the stinger pizza. Buffalo water makes the pizza the best in the world. Go Bills!! Fuck the Pats.

Found this place on the app and it’s averaging a straight 8. Here’s what to expect from a pro reviewer. Awesome atmosphere, exposed beams, brick and mortar bar and a wood fired oven. What about the pizza? It’s good, really good. Nice char on the crust, great flavors from the sauce and cheese. It’s thin, easy to eat and goes well with a beer. It’s almost there!!! I didn’t get the crispness throughout the slice like I did with the crust, it needed just 1 or 2 more minutes in the oven. The flavor and ingredients are there for one of the best places for pizza in Hamburg.

Very very good. It’s a craft pizza. Fresh mozzarella and perfect sauce for a margherita pizza. Fancy pizza but it’s one you will end up craving every once in a while.

Butera’s has very good pizza. It’s crisp, wood-fired and delicious pizza. Highly recommend
