If you are new, here are INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PORTNOY PIE in my opinion get a medium but also works for a large ASK FOR LITE ON THE CHEESE LITE ON THE SAUCE AND COOKED WELL DONE PORTNOY STYLE this will get the pie like a new haven pie like portnoy likes. This is a pie mecca for those who know pizza. Simple honest pizza that is incredible!

Good pizza. Asked for well done to get that nice crisp. Pretty light. Good solid pie.

Ordered a large NY Cheese pizza and asked for it to be cooked a little longer - it was just how I asked and tasted great. Will be back soon and highly recommend and I LOVE pizza

Sauce was the highlight on this slice with good ratio cheese and tight crisp to this morsel. This was a super fresh slice coming straight from the morning bake. Solid Homie!

Maximum FLOP. super thin style... dough seemed undercooked crust was crispy. sauce and cheese were alright, not too greasy. not a fan of such flimsy slices gotta keep it honest
