Byrne's Grilled Pizza

Some flop with crust a little underdone. Excellent on flavor though.

Super thin. I would expect it to be more well done at that thickness. Some char on the edges but none on the undercarriage. Very floppy but great flavor. Pretty big fan.

Crust is paper thin and floppy like a piece of paper with only a slight bit of crisp around the edge on a couple slices. Cheese tasted cheap, sauce wasn't anything to write home about. Pepperoni was average

Got the PBS. The meat sells this pizza. The crust is super light and thin. Get both Moss and Asiago. Sauce is light… I like it saucy but the flavor makes up for it. For thin crust this hits the mark.

Crust is nice and thin almost melts in your mouth. On a side note the bar here is super cool 🤙

The cheese pizza was my favorite. We got a couple specialty pizza’s (PBS and Hey Zeus) they were a little dry and needed more sauce. Overall a great spot and the waitress was very nice.

Long wait times but good pizza. Thin, crispy, cheesy.

Wow. This barely even qualifies as a pizza. It is paper thin, the cheese has no taste, and the sauce was dry and flavorless. I’m not sure what it is that some people like about this place, because a Totino’s freezer pizza has more toppings and better flavor. I wouldn’t go back here even if it was a pizza emergency.

Crispy, charred crust. Fairly mild sauce. Variety of topping choices. Definitely a place to check out, if you happen to be in the area.

Large Hot Mamma. Tried it. Great pizza. Crust was perfectly crispy. Wanted more sauce less spice though. Service was poor.
