Good and fine Pizza.

Twas very yummy, thin crust very tasty but not too much for two people. Good quality ingredients would highly recommend :)

Light cracker like crust. Zero tang on the sauce. Not bad but no close to a 7.5

I have to leave a 10 to offset the idiot that left the super low score on here. He should be banned from eating pizza forever snd lose his first born son. Realistically this is a 7.6

One bite, everyone know the rules. As close to perfect of a bar pie that you’re going to find in DFW. Great sauce to cheese ratio, no flip, crisp crunch crust. This is bar pie, not a football pizza or a Neapolitan. Very good pizza.

Too light on the sauce, crust was too thin almost like a saltine cracker.

Wish the bottom was cooked through a little more, and needs some more sauce to make the sauce to cheese ratio work, but the flavor is great! Not a ton of flop, and crispy, really good crust.

Solid bar pie crust. Good sauce, fresh toppings, but the quality of the cheese is a bit subpar for me.

Here we go Frankie, Normally love the smokey pie here. But decided to grow a pair and got the caddy. The toppings freshness blew it over a 7.9.

Alright Frankie, here’s the deal. Cadillac is a lively place, great beers, great service, fun environment. But this is a pizza rating. Their elite flavors come with elite toppings. Their specialty pizza’s compared to a regular cheese pizza is a wide difference. This is their pizza monthly special, the brisket Mac and cheese pie. Delicious. This itself is an 8.1. But the regular cheese pie is a 7.1. I’ll go somewhat in the middle, and give this a 7.4 total.
