Kinda thought the score might’ve been juiced when I first saw this place on the app but I figured I’d give it shot anyway and let me tell you what one of the best slices I’ve had outside of NYC. Perfectly sweet sauce and a nice soft airy crust. My only critique would be adding a tad more cheese but even that doesn’t hurt the overall score. Also the owner is a straight G. He alone is worth a multiple point boost.

So we visited Fl from TX and decided we had to check this place out. It had a 9.3 score so we had to try it. When we arrived I was a little skeptical because we stopped by at dinner time and no one else was there but us. We loved the environment. The owner was our server and he did an amazing job taking care of us. He talked to us about his ingredients and how he owned 6 locations and decided to go down to 1 store since he’s getting closer to retirement. Let me say the pizza was pretty good. It had a nice crust, decent undercarriage, toppings were fresh, but the sauce…it was just too sweet for my liking. My wife agreed. My kids loved their pizza and ate it all. The calamari had a spicy kick to it but was delicious. Caesar salad was also very good. I’d say we overall had a great dinner and I’d hate to ruin such a high score but that sauce was way too sweet. Kinda ruined it for us.
