Really good Neapolitan pizza. First bite of each slice is very floppy (as Neapolitan is) but then it gets crisp after that. Dough has really good crunch after the soft first bite and has that blackened taste without having any visible blackness, which may surprise people. Dough has a bit too much flour on the bottom. Crust has good crunch in the first bite then gets chewy, but not in a bad way. Sauce is awesome. Cheese tastes very very good and fresh but gives off a bit of grease. Overall really good fancy pizza, probably one of the best in Niagara.
