Alright Frankie, Pizza review Saturday ... feeling charitable, decided to go get a local pie from the Bistro food truck down town. ABSOLUTE dumpster fire. One bite, everybody knows the rules. Pizza had a good presentation, super “yeasty” dough, less than average undercarriage. Sauce was good. A bit light on the cheese. The dude running the joint was a bum. Overall, average pie.
