Ive worked in this area forever....and have always meant to stop in, just never have. Well, today changes that. While the regular slice left a lot to be desired, the sicilian was excellent (which is what gets the review) First off, the dough/under/crust is as close to perfect for me as you can get. Perfect thickness, light and airy, that nice chew, flaky crunch under, well done crust. Bravo. The sauce is solid, could have used a bit more, but could tell from what was there that it was good. The cheese was fine, just the right amount. Come for the Sicilian

OK, so pizza, you on a Thursday, I have to taking Mom to the dock. New hip coming soon. So I wanted to find a good place to grab a slice. Looks good so far, looks like it’s gonna be nice and crispy, and crunchy, looks like some good sauce, and some good ingredients. Now I’m ready to dive in. Zero flop, good crunch, not bad for Long Island pizza. But just average. Could use some doctoring up a bit. I don’t want to say bland, but also not blowing my mind. Your average Long Island football pizza. Slices are a bit small too.

Looks like a typical football slice, but for me it lacked flavor… something was missing. It looked fine, felt good even… light like I like it… undercarriage looked pretty decent… but it’s missing…. Something. I did split a Buffalo chicken slice with my girl.. THAT was good! I’d give that a 7.8.. I purposely ate the Buffalo first and let the regular slice cool down… maybe I numbed my tongue 🤔 🤷🏻‍♂️🕺🏻

Excellent LI pizza slice. Flavor was on point and it was a crispy bite with a nice char. Classic Li pizza.

Regular: dough is crispy and the undercarriage tastes good, sauce is bland and the cheese is standard. Nothing special here. 6.1 Sicilan: soft dough, sauce on this one doesn't taste homemade. Its messy not a good sicilan slice in my opinion. I dont have a picture because they forgot to put my slice in the oven, so I took a picture of only the regular 5.1

No Jericho Flop! Good crunch in the crust. Not doughy or any flour on the bottom. Good ratio of cheese. Wish there was slightly a little more sauce, but the sauce is good and makes up for the lack of it. It's a little greasy. But it is a good all around slice of pizza.
