Ordered by the personal pizza size. First off, the dough is absolutely outstanding. It’s soft, it’s supple, but it still has a chew and a slight crisp to it. The cheese also tastes wonderful, but there was a little bit too much of it on the pie for my personal liking. Regarding the sauce, if you like sauce that taste closer to spicy marinara versus traditional pizza sauce, then you will love this pie. I personally like something a little closer to traditional pizza sauce. This just had a couple too many spices in it for me. But overall, outstanding pizza and worth stopping in for.
