Cafe Pizzaiolo

Great ingredients, just a bit undercooked. Also got a 2nd pizza that was overcooked. No consistency. Still has a great taste though

Good crust. Too soft and no sauce

There’s not nearly enough sauce. Hardly any really. Very dry crust.

Solid, crisp texture but not great tasting cheese or crust.

Neapolitan style- no flip pretty good sauce
