Cafe Tamburelli's

Great Pizza! Best I've had in Delaware. I got suasage and jalapeño. A little flop, but not too much. Beautiful undercarriage. A little crisp, could have been a bit more. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce for my taste. All the ingredients tasted great. Reheated in the oven at home gave it the perfect crisp and reduced the flop.

Ingredients taste great, the outer crust is crispy, but the bottom is really thin and the pizza bends in half when you pick it up. Not greasy, just too floppy for me. Little thicker crust puts this pizza in the 7’s.
