What a surprise. I found some decent pizza in the Lockport area (Newfane).
It’s a thinner style pizza. Not thick and not paper thin. They put cornmeal on the bottom but this didn’t make it crispy. In fact the dough was a little chewy but I didn’t have to tear it off like a rabid dog.
The sauce is seasoned well and they use sauce with chunks of tomato. It’s actually decent for this pizza.
The cheese, plentiful but not incredibly flavorful. Making it your standard mozzarella cheese.
Overall, this is good pizza from what I’ve had. Some improvements with the dough and cheese, I can see it hitting the 8’s...
