I was visiting the area for a wedding, and Del Carmen's was the rehearsal dinner. It looks fairly basic, that's not necessarily a bad thing since it's pizza, but I didn't have the highest of hopes for this particular establishment. To my surprise, I was really pleased with the flavor, I personally love a sweet sauce. That's what brought my score to the level that it is. It very much reminded me of Palermo's pizza which is an incredible pizza joint located in a suburb up north. I'd definitely recommend Del Carmen's if you're in the area. 7.8, that's a review.
