Calabria Pizza & Pasta

This was a really good cheese lovers pizza. Mozzarella, Cheddar, Provolone, and Romano cheeses were the blend here and I personally believe the Provolone and Romano cheeses gave it a zip that differs from other cheese pizzas. The crust was done in steak terms at about medium. There wasn’t a ton of crunch on the crust and the undercarriage didn’t have much charring but wasn’t doughy either. Overall just a good cheese pizza. I would also like to add that there was a slight bit of flop but nothing substantial. We also got a personal size order of the Chicken Pesto pizza which was about the same in terms of score.
