Don’t know how portnoy gave this such a high score, I’ve tried both the thin crust pie and signature pie and both are above average. I got delivery the second time so it could’ve negatively affected it. Barely if any crunch, slight grease, mild fop. Great cheese though

Nothing like the video, super floppy, no crisp. Good taste though, and light.

So this pie was late and not warm. Con to delivery. Big time flop. But has a good taste. Since it came late I don’t feel I can score it properly and will likely rescore someday. But for today this is how the cookie crumbles. Still a really good pie truthfully but def would be better hot and fresh.

Pizza is fresh, hot, and ingredients are good, but the “crunchy thin portnoy” is definitely not as crunchy as you’d think. Solid pie

The review is strictly in regards to the plain. You can taste the fresh ingredients. A little more oily than expected. But overall, excellent bar pie. Crispy and thin. First pie to not burn my mouth in possibly years😂

The inside out is something else. Great sauce, great crisp, respectable amount of cheese, little left to be desired.

Man, Federici's and Calabria definitely nail that bar pie/New York almost hybrid type thing with the crust. I just reviews Federici's saying it was the best bar pie out of the lot at the fest. But the more that I think about, it may be even better than them. Neither have that dry overcooked thing on top where all you can taste is the spidery strands of low moisture mozzarella. You can taste the sauce too

Not the best, I don't know what Dave was thinking, but it's definitely not an 8.9

Hot honey pepperoni was gas

This is a hard one to describe. I can’t say I loved it but i loved the place. The pizza crust has some crunch but it is still doughy. Maybe if they had gone more well done it might have been better. Sauce was just ok and overall it just was not my vibe. It was no better than ok for me. But the owner was really nice and the place is very cool.
