I am checking out a local Neighborhood Italian restaurant that I see mentioned every so often on Facebook.
1. The restaurant wasn't that busy at 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday. The pepperoni slice that was sitting in the display look better than the cheese, but I went with the cheese for reviewing purposes.
2. All I could say is that this was a real fantastic slice. Definitely made it into the eights for a rating. It was very thick with cheese. The sauce tasted amazing, but it was a bit short, I would have liked a little more sauce on my slice. It had a little sweetness to it. The dough had an actual flavor to it and it was very good, many places don't flavor their dough at all.
