One of the few thin crusts that not only holds it own w/ just a cheese pie, but holds up to toppings. I’m not talking about flop, I’m talking balance and flavor. Camille’s brilliance of the Billy Blanco is masterful. Fucking pistachio’s?!? yaasssss!! (If ur there, they do other things so right… the wings, Brussels, Buffalo cauliflower, or fried mozz.. I love it all. Every time.this place rocks!)
