Campania Coal-Fired Pizza

Good place. Pizza nothing special.

Ohohoho we finally got a good one from Campania. The Piccante Pie. Sausage crumb, red chili flakes, fresh mozzarella, and well done of course. This is the type of pie I’m expecting from Campania. We’ve had their pizza over the years and it’s usually disappointing. The pie is usually a lie, it looks better than it taste. Not this one. If you like some spice then this is the pizza for ya. A Super Bowl worthy pizza.

Thin. Great crust. Good undercarriage. OK sauce. No flop.

In the words of Dave Portnoy. This was “fluffy pizza”. Id drive a maximum 20 minutes for this pizza.

Very good crisp but kinda lacking in other areas

Can’t imagine where Pete and Kim sat but who cares? Everything about this slaps.

Clam pizza special for the win

This Piccante Pizza is ridiculous. The beautiful mix of Gorgonzola & Mozz along with the ground sausage. This is awesome! Get one!

Shared this ortolano pie with the fat guy bellow and I have to agree with him great crust but the abundance of veggies over powered the sauce a little. On the flip side felt healthier than a salad I might have lost weight eating it (Going light as we like to say). The rating is for this pie and this pie only, I have had the food here and it’s pretty damn good.
