The ingredients were very fresh. It is good Fancy pizza. The center of the crust was mushy. It requires a fork and knife to eat. It did not live up to the local hype.

Wood oven, artisan Pizza. Very chewy dough and tons of flop. You’ll spend $19 and get a medium pizza. A bit overpriced. Has decent flavor and sauce is better than most. Just missing that crust.

Margarita Pizza. The standard for all authentic pizza. Dough and crust was fantastic, red sauce was equally as fantastic. Not enough basil for my likening, I like a lot of basil. Authentic, stone fired pizza it was good but not in the 8’s kinda good. One bite everyone knows the rules.

Very simple but quality ingredients. Great kick to the sauce, awesome cheese (they use just enough), good crisp...a little floppy in the middle but great char on the ends...worth driving for!!
