I’ve been getting and enjoying slices from their food truck for years at the Stoneboro Fair but I’ve always wanted to go to their homebase and get a full pie and not pay festival prices. Had to drive an hour out of town to do it, but we finally got it done.
This pizza is huge. Heavy. Filling. Folks will say one slice is a full meal and I agree. I can usually eat a lot but only ate 3 slices all day. The dough is THICK, the cheese is sloppy and this is the sweetest of the sweetest sauces. I can see a lot of people not digging this because it’s mostly bread, but I love it. Maybe a full pie was too much but I knew it was going to be a long time until I get this again so I went overboard. I don’t regret it but I’ll probably just stick to slices from them in the future.
